If I get cool sculpting now in my mid 30s (on my abdomen and inner thighs) will fat distribution change if/when I gain fat down the road? I'm wondering if the fat will simply be displaced in more awkward places on my body instead of evenly. Please let m know. Thanks!

It does not impact future fat distribution. Existing fat cells enlarge or shrink with weight gain or loss respectively for the first 30 lbs or so, more than 30 lbs and new fat cells are generated. Where your body deposits fat is not predictable or controllable, whether the removal technique is via Coolsculpting, Kybella injections, or liposuction.
