There's a trend in Japan called lymph node massage that supposedly reshapes your skin around the chin and jawline. Can massage actually do this? And if so, how long do the effects work

It is not unusual for very small screws to be used to help suspend the facial tissues. The screws are used as an anchor for the sutures that hold up the tissues. If the screws are symptomatic, they can be removed.
