I had an endiscopic facelift (lift my cheeks) about 4 months ago. Went to the dentist couple days ago and found out that I have screws (2) in face and the doctor never told me about putting screws but the strings to hold my cheeks, which is suppose to disappear within an year.

Dear Alexis, You don't have a true sagging skin but rather an inadequate volume at the mid cheeks, nasolabial folds and below corners of the mouth. If you are looking for a long lasting result I would go for fat or fat stem cell transfer or permanent filler.
