It's difficult to tell from your pictures, but this looks like bruising. I recommend following up with your injector. If it's bruising, Icing, arnica, cold compresses and VBeam treatments can give improvement. If necessary, the filler can be reversed with hyaluronidase. See an expert. Best, Dr. Emer

That looks like bruising but will have to look at it in person to determine what exactly is going on. Recommend a consultation with some experienced injector.
