Hi Doctor Am from Mauritius. Recently means two weeks ago got hyaluronic acid injection under the eyes.had a very bad experience since then I don't sleep and don't want to go out Now I still don't know if it's bruise or tyndall effect. Please help

Answer: Hmm difficult to say for sure without an exam but it looks more Tyndall effect - go back to your provider- they will usually work with you to improve these issues

Answer: Under eye filler From the image it looks more like bruising. Your skin phototype is dark so any bruises and/or trauma will show more and potentially take longer to resolve. Fillers under the eye can take a while to settle down, so be a bit patient. In the meantime use SPF 50 and a gentle pigment stabilising cream, such as phytic acid, retinol, or any plant-based depigmenting agents. It might take a few months to really subside.
