What is the best way to address the loose skin of my upper arms? (Photo)

In the photos you're sharing, apparently the skin is still sagging from the underlying muscle frame. It's hard to tell without evaluating you, but I believe an arm lift revision could tighten the skin further and achieve even better results than what you have. I do agree that the change from a second surgery will not be as dramatic as the first one, but there's still some room for improvement.

You have a very nice result. The scar is maturing nicely and good location with good contour. The limitation is that the remaining skin will not change. Unfortunately, we do not have effective non-invasive technology that significantly improves body skin elasticity. Thank you for sharing.

The way to make this tighter is to remove more skin but your surgeon may be correct that the change will not be nearly as dramatic as your first procedure and there is the potential to have issues with the incision/scar. When skin is pulled too tight it leads to thicker scars and the potential for the incision opening up as its healing or skin necrosis.

If you are interested in a revision but not sure if you are a candidate you may wish to visit with another board certified plastic surgeon for a second opinion.
