What is the best way to address the loose skin of my upper arms? (Photo)

In the photos you're sharing, apparently the skin is still sagging from the underlying muscle frame. It's hard to tell without evaluating you, but I believe an arm lift revision could tighten the skin further and achieve even better results than what you have. I do agree that the change from a second surgery will not be as dramatic as the first one, but there's still some room for improvement.
