Is it possible to get lipo on arms then get a brachioplasty on the same day?

My arms are pretty muscular but i have a pad of fat all around the muscle. I know i will need a lift, no way around just lipo. I can't fit into most blouse sleeves. I also don't want to wait any longer, i am ready to do this immediately. Any suggestions?

Absolutely! This is actually how I prefer to perform most of my brachioplasties (arm lifts). Shrinking the arm with liposuction helps get a better result.

Liposuction of the arms is typically done at the same time as a brachioplasty.  It is important to research board certified plastic surgeons in your area prior to deciding on one. Thank you for your inquiry, yes liposuction on arms can be done the same day as an arm lift, I usually preform liposuction first before the lift on the same day there is no problem, I suggest seeking board certified plastic surgeon with experience for an evlauation and further details. I routinely use liposuction at the time of brachioplasty.  The liposuction removes the fat and makes it easier to perform the brachioplasty.

Liposuction is commonly performed in conjunction with an arm lift. Removal of excess skin and fat through direct surgical excision allows for bulk removal of the tissue. However, the addition of liposuction allows for fine contouring and blending of the treated areas to create a natural result. In my hands It is a very common procedure to combine liposuction (all over the areas needed) and Braquioplasy. The reduction of arms is never effective and achievable if the fat is not reduced as well.

In general, liposuction is integral part of arm lift, in our practice, in some cases that can be the only modality needed.
