My arms are pretty muscular but i have a pad of fat all around the muscle. I know i will need a lift, no way around just lipo. I can't fit into most blouse sleeves. I also don't want to wait any longer, i am ready to do this immediately. Any suggestions?

Answer: Liposuction and an arm lift in the same day Absolutely! This is actually how I prefer to perform most of my brachioplasties (arm lifts). Shrinking the arm with liposuction helps get a better result.
