Beyond My Expectations from Consultation to Recovery
I cannot recommend Dr. Rios and his entire team highly enough. From my very first online consultation, I felt informed, comfortable, and confident in my decision. Every question I had was answered promptly, and the communication throughout the entire process was outstanding. A huge thank you to Andrea, my coordinator, who made everything so easy. She was incredibly responsive, patient, and organized. Traveling to another country for surgery can be overwhelming, but she guided

100% Yes
I can not say enough about this man and his entire team. I chose him based on reviews from other patients and the high degree of safety he he insists on. May 2, 2025 had a 360 tummy tuck, arm lift, very small BBL (at my request) and a torsoplasty. The experience was amazing. Once I was on board, they needed to know my arrival date and when I was going home, and my preference for a hotel or a recovery house. They took care of everything else. I flew into San Diego one day before

So pleased with the outcome that I’m already planning to return for round two later this year
After losing 175 pounds, I felt like I had accomplished something incredible, but I was left with tons of loose skin. I found a local surgeon here in Canada to perform a tummy tuck and the results were botched. This just made me feel worse about my body than the loose skin I had. I decided to look outside of the country for a surgeon who could help and specialized in massive weight loss patients—and I’m so thankful I found Dr. Andrei Rios. Dr. Rios truly changed my life. Not

TOP-NOTCH Plastic Surgeon and Phenomenal Team!
I cannot recommend my plastic surgeon and their team enough. When other US doctors told me my situation couldn’t be fixed, this incredible doctor went above and beyond to restore my body and my confidence. I trusted him and his team completely, and the entire experience was top-notch from start to finish. The staff’s professionalism and care made me feel so safe that I was comfortable crossing the border alone for my follow up. They ensure you are completely taken care of from

This surgeon is an absolute Jewel!! He has excellent bedside manner and his skill is beyond belief!! I’d lost 147lbs and my body was a mess. With just a few procedures I have my confidence back!
