Hi, I am almost 48 yrs young, 120 lbs with a long face. I do have high cheek bones but jowls have started to form. I had my first session of sculptra (1 vile to temples and 1 vile along jaw and cheeks) about 6 weeks ago. Last week I had another session (roughly same amount) I like the way it looks but worried that it may be too much for my lower face. Should I get voluma for some volume up top? Or would Morpheus 8 help sink in my cheeks. Pics from today 1 week out from last sculptra treatment.

Thanks for your question and the photos you provided. Your face looks normal and I do not see a rounded nose or bottom heavy appearance. Enjoy your results and youth, you do not need additional filler.
You will likely have the best result from a combination of treatments. Fillers can be used to add volume to hollow areas. The wonderful thing about fillers is that you can go slowly and build up to the look you are wanting. Botox can be used to refresh the eyes and give a conservative brow...
Some filler might have gotten into very tiny blood vessels and occluded them enough to lighten the skin above them. I would suggest avoiding filler in this area.
