Mommy makeover 14 weeks post op. Do I need a revision? (photos)

I'm unhappy with how my chest is looking. I lost 160lbs in HS and 70lbs after 2 kids. I had an ancor lift with 295cc silicone implants. The left was dropping slow & now the right looks kinda saggy with no volume in the upper pole. I'm okay with one bigger or slightly differences but this is obvious even in a bra. My doc is in Miami and I sent them pics.. I'm wondering if bigger implants would help?
