It may take up to a full year from surgery for your scar to completely mature. If less time has passed, I would generally recommend waiting the full year before considering revision surgery. From the limited view in the photo, it looks like the temporal scar is either widened or depressed. This can happen due to tension on the skin flap or skin inversion (rather ther than eversion) at the time of closure. If you are bothered by the scar only and happy with the rest of the lift, you could consider a scar revision rather than a revision facelift.
