The answer is that your procedure will be more technically complicated due to deep tissue scarring related to your previous procedure. Hi, thank you for your question. Since the Deep plane facelift goes under the deep layer (SMAS), the previous Myelevate shouldn't make any difference. There may be some slight additional scar tissue, but because the majority of dissection is under the deep plane, it shouldn't affect the results. All the best,

Yes, it is possible to have a facelift/necklift after Myellavate. Like any other threadlift, though, the sutures and scar tissue left behind can make the procedure a bit more challenging for the surgeon!

Any prior procedure/surgery results in scar tissue which makes future surgery more challenging and increases the risk of complications, though it is not a contraindication to a deep plane facelift.
