Overly tightened smas causing dents and lateral flattening of cheeks - can this be fixed? (Photos)

I had a deep plane facelift 1.5 years ago. I have very unusual dents on my face when I smile. It seems like all of the fat in my face has been pushed towards the midline of my face. What is the cause of this? Can it be fixed? Also the shape of my face seems odd, much fuller on the lower half than before.
