Can a callous that formed on my bone after rhinoplasty be reduced with a needle shave?

My surgeon says he doesn't do it but that he has heard that it is a technique used by others. I'm wondering if this even works and if it is in fact a technique used to shave down the bone, or is rasping the only way?

Hello! Thank you for your question. As far as I can see from your photos, you have a droopy tip, small dorsal hump and from the front your nose looks like deviated to the one side of your face. Your surgeon might need rib cartilage because s/he does not know the amount of cartilage in your nose....
