Hanging columella, asymmetrical nostrils and crooked nose - do I need another revision? (photos)

I had 2 rhinoplasty procedures in the past and I am still unhappy with the shape of my nose. The droopy tip (especially when I smile), asymmetrical nostrils and hanging columella makes to wonder if I should try another revision procedure. I would be happy to hear feedback from professionals.
