Would I require a rib graft for my revision rhinoplasty to correct my deviated septum or are there other options? (photos)

My nose has been deviated since I was a child. I had rhinoplasty at 17 to straighten my nose and remove the bridge. 11 years later I can still notice the deviation and I would like my nose to be a little smaller. My specialist said I would require cartilage from my ribs to permanently keep my nose straight. This scared me a lot. Is this the best solution ? Or can something else be done?
