Can I get a revision rhinoplasty to improve a dent on my nose bridge and breathing difficulties?

It is not possible to make a proper evaluation without photos. If you can provide photos from front of your face, from the side of your face and 1 meter away I would be able to make a proper evaluation. The best advice is to consult with several reputable rhinoplasty specialists who offer computer Imaging so you could see what might be best for you moving forward. Generally, revision rhinoplasty surgery is much more difficult than primary rhinoplasty surgery so if you could benefit from a permanent non-surgical nose job, this might be preferable. Much more information is needed such as a full set of facial and nasal photographs from all angles,and a copy of the operative report to find out what was accomplished in the first procedure. If you're having breathing difficulties, you may need a septoplasty, turbinate surgery, or nasal valve repair. It's very important to know how much cartilage is left over on the inside of the nose for potential grafting purposes. An in – person examination is most likely going to be required to make that determination.
