I had a nose job to take my nostrils in and narrow the tip of my nose. The surgeon added cartilage to my tip and took in my nostrils. However I think he took them in a bit too much making my nose and nostrils too narrow. Now I would like to widen them a bit. I had it suggested to me to do a V to Y in each nostril base to widen them and my alar base. I'm also wondering if it could be achieved with threads if the thread was used to pull in the tip of my nose therefore pushing my nostrils out.
