Can pressotherapy and a body roller machine be used during recovery after vaser liposuction?

The options you mentioned may help with the deep scarring that will result after any liposuction. However, I do not recommend starting any of it before a month after surgery since the skin is already taking its natural healing course and is sensitive. Massages will help when there is already scar formation under the skin and you feel their lumpiness. It happens around a month post op. They may be sensitive to pressure so start gently. These treatments are not mandatory and no matter what the natural healing process with softer all of them. But if it makes you feel good, then do them.

Personally, I don’t recommend any postoperative intervention after liposuction.
Attempts at massage or other tissue manipulation has never proven to give any benefit and can be very painful during Early postoperative period.
Some plastic surgeons recommend intervention. I personally do not.
