The quality of your lower abdominal skin is very low. You have multiple stretch marks. If the photo was taken with your hands down, the condition of the upper abdominal skin would be more obvious. If you are considering another birth, I do not recommend a Full Abdominoplasty. After Vaserlipo alone, your lower abdominal skin may loosen too much. If there is no serious looseness in the upper abdomen, you can get results close to what you want with Vaserlipo and Mini Abdominoplasty.

I think you could get very good results from liposuction combined with a skin tightening device like Renuvion. The only potential problem is you may have a mild diastasis recti due to the pregnancy. That is where the abdominal muscles separate in the midline, and that typically is repaired during a tummy tuck.

In my experience, many similar patients avoid tummy tuck with Vaser liposuction.

Skin will tighten over time and improve- stretch marks will persist, there may be some minor laxity remaining around the belly button but a nice improvement overall is expected.

You do not appear to have a lot of skin and muscle laxity for a tummy tuck without a high scar or T, so Vaser is the better option.

An exam and consultation with a plastic surgeon who performs these procedures is recommended to confirm you are a candidate as well as discuss your options and expectations.

Hello, congratulations on your new baby! You may get fair results with VASER, but skin, especially where you already have stretch marks, is more unpredictable in results. I think if you have realistic expectations, and if you are looking to have more kids in the future, VASER lipo could be an option for you. It may help to tighten the skin, but also you could also end up with more of a wrinkly appearance in some areas.

Hello thank you for your question and the pics. For just 6 months out from having your baby, I think you look great, hence, I believe you got great potential. However, let clarify, that the changes you see in your abdomen, come from over extending your muscles, and this is a problem that liposuction does not fix. However, you are one of those in between cases that will get a really good result with a mini tulua (which is a type of mini tuck recently developed) and a Vaser liposuction to maybe create some etching on your stomach.
Vaser emulsifies the fat so it comes out easier, smoother, and with less trauma and hence, less pain and bleeding; however, Vaser only promotes about an extra 10% contraction of the skin, if you are too loose skin wise my suggestion is to go with a radio frequency device like J plasma or Body Tite along with the Vaser, but all in all, I believe you would have a great result
