There are superficial liposuction and fibrosis-related depressions. It is not appropriate to perform any intervention before 6 months.First, Vaser should be performed and the skin shrinkage due to fibrosis should be released. Afterwards, microfat fat injections can be applied to the ongoing depressions. Again, PLA injections (sculptra, lanluma) can be applied at 1-1.5 month intervals for the same purpose.Since it can take 1-2 years for the color changes in the skin to improve, I do not recommend a rush procedure.

At five months, your Liposuction results are final and I’m not going to change by waiting further.
Your surgeon was overly aggressive and attempted to do high definition Liposuction a.k.a. etching.
Because your doctor was aggressive and removed most of your subcutaneous fat improving your outcome is going to be difficult.
it is going to be especially difficult if you don’t like the high definition work.
Delivering consistent quality liposuction results is more difficult than most people realize.
The number of plastic surgeons who approach mastery of this kind of work is in reality quite small.
Any attempts at revising the outcome can potentially make things worse.
