Planning to have liposuction on my abdomen and flanks. I'm a 24-year-old, 152cm midsize woman weighing around 57-58 kgs. I'm quite active at the gym and I naturally have an hourglass figure, providing a good base for the procedure. I'm concerned about losing my natural shape post surgery,I'm curious about when I can anticipate seeing results and becoming "bikini body ready." ,any advice on expediting recovery?
Answer: Go to an expert surgeon If you see a very experienced body contouring surgeon, you should have no concern about keeping your hourglass figure. In fact, they should be able to enhance your figure, not make it worse. Look at their before an after photos to look for patients you size and shape, and see if you like the results. Surgeon experience is always the key!

Answer: Surgeon Choice Answering this question or concern is challenging because ultimately it really depends on the surgeon you go to. I have been doing high definition liposculpture for 14 years. And I can tell you, it is the most challenging procedure and all of cosmetic surgery. You must be a great artist and a great surgeon at the same time. You have to know to be aggressive and where to be mild. You have to understand the age and laxity of the skin of your patient. I could go on for hours, but ultimately getting a natural result is absolutely achievable and you should look amazing on day one but so much depends on the surgeon.

Answer: Keeping Shape after Surgery Thank you for your question. Plastic Surgery is intended to improve the overall shape of the patient. If you're concerned about not alrering a specific area (for example, buttocks) you can ask your Surgeon not to touck that area and focus on the areas you do want to be worked on. As for the recovery, that divides in stages and depends a lot on how the patient heals. You should be able to go to the beach around 4 months post op.

Answer: Bikini Body Ready after Vaser Typical recovery after a Vaser procedure is 6 months. You will look better in your clothing in a few weeks but bikini ready takes more time. Vaser stimulates collagen production and skin tightening . Full tissue remodeling and softening will take 6 months. Lymphatic Drainage Massage can help you feel and look better faster but it will still take six months for the tissue to completely heal.

Answer: Let’s get bikini body ready! Hello! Your natural shape comes from your ribcage, muscles, hips. By doing liposuction, you are merely reducing the fat so that your natural shape can shine! If you are fairly thin, it will take a few weeks even months to see your results since you will have that initial swelling, but you can speed it up by getting drainage and lymphatic massages post surgery. By literally pushing fluid out, it can reduce your swelling faster. I typically say you will see 80% of your results at 3 months, 90% at 6 months, and 100% at a year. Hope this helps!
