I personally would recommend combining liposuction with a skin tightening device like Renuvion. I don't think you would need a tummy tuck, as you look pretty young from the photos, and your skin should retract a fair amount.

Based on your pictures, you would do best with a tummy tuck or abdominoplasty, rather than lipo. A tummy tuck would eliminate your excess abdominal skin and fat. If you undergo liposuction, even if you use VASER liposuction, there is no guarantee that your abdominal skin will snap back.
