Tummy area - Please can you advise if vaser liposuction would work for me or if I would be left with saggy skin? I have been told I will need a tummy tuck but this isn’t something I want due to the scar. Would vaser lipo based in combo with a skin tightening method such as Renuvion/ bodytite be an option to avoid saggy skin? If I loose more weight would vaser Lipo become an option? Mons pubis - Would vaser Lipo provide a good result? Or would I need a tightening procedure such as Renuvion/ bodytite combined with vaser? I am worried about loose skin. Will I need a monsplasty? I have recently lost some weight but tummy fat and fat on pubic mound has not gone

In my experience, many patients benefit from Vaser ultrasound liposuction of the abdomen and I usually include the mons area. Many such patients have avoided tummy tuck with excellent results.

While not for weight loss, this helps reduce stubborn areas of fat along with skin tightening so no additional Renuvion, BodyTite, etc are necessary.

The skin tightening will not be as much as a tummy tuck, and does not address muscle laxity or visceral fat, but avoids the large scar and recovery.

An exam and consultation with a plastic surgeon who performs these procedures is recommended to confirm you are a candidate as well as discuss your options and expectations.

It’s important not to be misled by the promises of liposuction, VASER, or Renuvion alone. While these technologies can effectively contour specific areas and offer some degree of skin tightening, they are not designed to correct significant skin laxity or deliver the comprehensive result you’re seeking.

In my experience, patients who undergo abdominal liposuction in the presence of loose skin often end up with increased irregularities and, in some cases, more noticeable laxity. Liposuction removes volume, but it does not remove excess skin.

An abdominoplasty is the procedure that directly addresses both excess skin and underlying tissue, including the mons area, creating a smoother and more refined abdominal contour. When the incision is properly placed, the scar sits low and is typically well-concealed beneath a bikini bottom.

When combined with VASER liposuction, we can further enhance the waistline and overall contour for a more balanced, natural-looking result.

My concern is that if you invest the time, energy, and resources into VASER liposuction with Renuvion alone, you may ultimately feel underwhelmed by the outcome. My goal is to guide you toward the approach that will provide the most satisfying and lasting result.

only Vaser lipo or additional procedures remove fat but skin will not adapt , because of that you need tummy tuck with 360 lipo for a satisfied result.

The easiest way to improve the appearance of your abdomen is simply to lose weight.
There are four tissue variables that determine what the abdomenlooks like.
In your case, you have issues with all four of these tissue layers.
The first the skin laxity, the second is excess subcutaneous, fat, the third is muscle separation from previous pregnancies in the fourth is excess visceral or intra-abdominal fat. 
You can do Liposuction, but it’s not going to address more than the subcutaneous fat layer.
You still have skin laxity which contributes to contour muscle separation, and excess visceral fat.
I can understand why many don’t want a full tummy tuck.
You really aren’t a great candidate foranything until you lose some weight and if you lose enough weight, you won’t need Liposuction.
 There is no adjuvant treatment to Liposuction that actually tighten skin in any realistic way that #Warrants spending money. Don’t waste your money on Renuvion or body tight.
They don’t add enough to justify the cost.
I’ve actually never seen a patient. Tell me
they thought your skin was tighter after doing these treatments and I’ve done a lot of them.
I don’t encourage patients to do it, but I’m happy to Renuvion or body tight if someone asks for the treatment.
 VASER isn’t really better than any other form of Liposuction.
The device can remove fat very quickly, and this is an advantage for the because it cuts down on operating room time.
VASER can remove a lot of fat in an aggressive manner.
The treatment has a higher complication and can lead to horrid disfigurement if the surgeon doesn’t have sufficient skill and experience.
In the end provider selection is by far the most important variable far more important what device is used.
And the answer is really no difference between Liposuction modalities other than the skill of the surgeon.
 Of course, the patient’s candidacy also has a lot to do with it.
The best candidates for Liposuction have thick layers of fat and tight skin.You’re not an ideal candidate for Liposuction, but you would see some improvements.
You could probably expect the front of your abdomen flattened by 1 inch or slightly more from well done Liposuction.
