Early 40's, loss of upper pole fullness - are Vaser liposuction and breast fat transfer the correct path? (Photos)

I want to address the upper pole fullness that i have lost from breastfeeding. I am not keen on an implant and have been back and forth on whether breast fat transfer is the right decision. The last consult i saw recommended a peri areolar lift and to take fat from my abdomen and flanks. My skin quality is good however I m very worried about lipo indents in the stomach area or creation of loose skin there as a byproduct of the fat harvesting. I’m also concerned about the potential downsides of a donut lift distorting my nipple shape or impacting the blood flow around the breast for the new fat. I was also told that during surgerI could have part of my c section scar that is pulling down released which would help with the lopsidedness. Does this seem like the correct approach given my pictures?
