19, male - Looking for procedural advice on A-shaped/feminine lower body?

20M, 182cm, ~75kg. I lost around 25k-30g over the past few years and have been resistance training consistently the whole time. Even when I got lean (about 17-18% body fat(speculative), my lower body stayed rounded and feminine/"A-shaped"hips Overall, I tend to have an estrogenic fat pattern, i got comprehensive lab tests done, and the only significant outlier of a 649 total estrogens ,with properly functioning adrenals and testis, was ruled out as an immunoassay defect . Dieting down has gotten me significantly leaner in the upper body, but the lateral edges of my lower body, the ones that give it width, haven't budged. Liposuction is the only way I have come across to get rid of the adipose cells in the area and get a “natural male lower body” and sustain the results with an apt lifestyle . What I actually need help with is which areas/procedures to target. From the attached photos : Which procedures and individual fat pads would give a more masculine, straighter result if reduced — the posterior gluteal, lateral gluteal, outer thigh, inner thigh, and/or the inferior gluteal extension (banana roll) I am also open to any other procedures or advice , pertaining to the lower body.
