Thigh Contouring Options – VASER + J-Plasma vs Alternatives?
I have had fat accumulation and uneven skin texture in my thighs since I was around 12 years old. Over the years, I have gained and lost weight multiple times, but the appearance of my thighs has remained largely the same. My weight has been stable for the past 5 years, yet I am still very unhappy with how my thighs look. I initially considered a thigh lift surgery; however, I am concerned about undergoing surgery and the possibility of having long visible scars. Recently, a doctor suggested VASER liposuction combined with J-Plasma, and mentioned that it could improve my condition by around 80%. However, I have read mixed reviews—some people report that liposuction can sometimes leave the skin looser, and that J-Plasma may not always provide significant tightening. For this reason, I would really appreciate your honest and unbiased opinion on the following: • Am I a good candidate for VASER + J-Plasma, and is an 80% improvement realistic? • Is there a risk that the procedure could worsen skin laxity? • Are there effective non-surgical treatments or devices that could improve fat and skin texture in the thighs? • Based on my case, would you recommend a non-surgical approach, or is surgery (and if so, which type) the only reliable option?
