How can I fix this dent in my thigh? (Photo)

This dent cannot be removed with liposuction and/or fat grafting or fillers. This is created by dense fibrous bands just like one sees in cellulite. That Outer thigh area can be stubborn fat with skin ligaments underneath causing indents, contours that are stubborn to diet and exercise.
