That Outer thigh area can be stubborn fat with skin ligaments underneath causing indents, contours that are stubborn to diet and exercise.

This dent cannot be removed with liposuction and/or fat grafting or fillers. This is created by dense fibrous bands just like one sees in cellulite. To treat these, I use the GoldIncision procedure to release the fibrous attachments and use Radiesse as a biostimulator at the same time. This procedure is done awake under local anesthesia only.
