I have had very bony shoulders since puberty and they really bother me. Is there any surgery that can get rid of the protrusion and an idea of the cost? I don’t know where to go or what procedure to even ask for.

I'm sorry you are unhappy with your surgical results. At 8 months post op you are seeing final results with no more significant changes expected. If you would like further contouring you can consider revision surgery. Continuing a healthy diet and exercise routine will enhance your results.
