I am over 70 years. Have polytec implants over muscle but have tnin skin and need to disquise implants will I look better if surgeon tightens skin through aleoa

Please submit photos so I can better discuss what could be done. With thin tissue, implants usually look better behind the muscle.

Without seeing pictures, we can’t begin to make an assessment.
My best recommendation is to consider having a few consultations before selecting a provider.
For skin tightening using an incision around the areola only can be limiting.
Ask your provider to show you lots of before and after pictures of previous patients who had similar breast characteristic.
