Go back to your surgeon and try on sizers from 200 to 300 cc's in size so you can see the difference and feel the added weight. I am not a fan of implants over 600 cc's for the long term.

Your implants have bottom out some and the inferior pockets could be tightened. You could try going a little larger but will need mesh for more support. You still won't have full upper breasts because your natural breasts sit somewhat low on your chest.
