Question

Hi. I did a breast argumentation for 3 weeks ago. It's still swollen. Doctor changed the size last minute and it was stressful. I'm not happy with the results and i want to take them out asap. He says i need to wait 3 months because of the risk of infection due to the advanced lift… But i don't want my skin to stretch.. he also removed tissue.. more than i agreed. If i wait 3 months. Will my normal breast be destroyed? And i want the capsule removed too.. if he leaves it can i get health issu

If you have the implants removed at this time, the skin will hang. Since you had a lift it may hang even more. If tissue was removed then you will be smaller than before. We ask that patients wait until 6 months before doing any revision but in your case you may want to do it sooner. I do not recommend capsule removal as at this time there should not be any issues.

I am sorry that you are not happy with your new look. Yes, it is too soon to reopen the incision and remove the implants. The soonest could be in about 3 weeks, but 3 months is much better since you have healed more. the capsule may not need to be removed because it may not have completely formed.

If your surgeon says to wait, then you need to wait.
There’s no reason to remove a capsule unless you have a thickened capsule ie Capsular contraction.
There’s no way to answer your question if you’re normal breast will be destroyed guide in your paragraph they will definitely not be destroyed, but they’re also not going to be the same as before surgery.
Follow up with your provider.
If you feel like you’re not getting the care, you need to schedule a few in person second opinion consultations with other plastic surgeons in your community.
