Breasts are not dropping - how can I fix this? (Photo)

Question

I had a breast lift and implants on the 14th of February and they have not dropped. I have excessive breast tissue below the implant and they just look odd. I know there isn’t any swelling left and I am seriously wanting a second opinion or an opinion to fix this!

It's been long enough, and assuming you don't have capsular contracture, you are ready for a small revision surgery to open the pockets up to allow implant descent.

It is unlikely you will achieve much further implant descent at this point. Repositioning your implants lower may improve the appearance, but the greatest change would come from smaller implants.

You need smaller implants or the pockets need to be dissected more inferiorly and released.  The situation will change without additional surgery.

Yes, your implants are still sitting somewhat high. You can try oral Accolate and external ultrasound treatments to encourage them to drop, or you will need surgery. Large implants do take longer to drop because the tissue must soften and stretch to accommodate them. Please discuss things with your surgeon.
