365cc, 5'7, 161lbs, 40C, 15 BWD, what size should I go with for my exchange? (Photos)

At size 40 C, each 300 cc implant corresponds to 1 cup size change. You will need 300 cc implants to go up 1 cup size. I recommend fat transfers to the upper poles only and I would not change the implants out.

Go back to your surgeon and try on sizers from 200 to 300 cc's in size so you can see the difference and feel the added weight. I am not a fan of implants over 600 cc's for the long term.

I don’t think it’s appropriate for us to guide you through the implant selection process.
This is something your plastic surgeon should be helping you with.
If they’re not then maybe you’re not with the right provider?
Each plastic surgeon will have their own way of guiding patients through implant selection.
Some providers ask patients to make the final decision and other providers will make the decision on behalf of the patient after, getting a clear understanding of what the patient is trying to achieve.
Personally, I work with before and after pictures and usually make the final decision during surgery.
Before surgery, I usually have the patient bring in ideal outcomes by reviewing lots of before, and after pictures of both my own outcomes and other surgeons outcomes.
We look for examples of previous patients who had similar body characteristics to the patient to start with.
once I have a good understanding of what the patient is hoping to achieve I bring those pictures with me to the operating room.
During surgery, I use temporary size to determine what size implant will an outcome consistent with the patient wishes.
I usually have a full selection of implants available to meet during surgery.
Each provider will have their own way of doing this.
Some plastic surgeons do it better than others.
As a general statement, anytime, accessibly large implants are used the chance of having undesirable side effects, complications and need for revision surgery will go up.
It would be inappropriate for us to tell you what implants to use.
I wouldn’t want another surgeon to tell my patient would implants to use either.
If you’re not getting the care, you need then consider your provider selection.
