Is there something wrong with my implants position? (Photo)

The implants are too large, I feel, and you are 'over-dissected'. This leads to the nipple being too high on the breast and the skin from the areola to fold being over stretched and elongated. There is no easy fix but you would need smaller implants and a pocket revision.

Initially, I take pains not to overstretch the tissue of the lower breast, which can lead to this 'bottoming out'.

Implants are held by the skin envelope. Unfortunately, your skin envelope is stretching and your implants are bottoming out. The weight of the implants is exceeding the mechanical strength of the skin to hold them up and they will continue to move down the chest wall. You will need smaller implants and also plication or repair of the pockets inferiorly and laterally to prevent inferior and lateral displacement.

Your implants have bottomed out from the weight. they are too heavy for your tissue to support. I would suggest going down in size and possibly using mesh to help support the implants and tighten the inferior pocket..

Unfortunately, you have migration of your implants, which is called dropout or bottoming out. This happens when the pectoral muscle has been completely released from its distal attachment or your implants are on top of the muscle and the pocket inferiorly was made too big. Correction, for this is a procedure called capsulorrhaphy which tightens the inferior pole of the breast With sutures and can be further enhanced using a product called Renuvion. Recovery from this is approximately 3 to 4 weeks. 

Based upon your photographs, your implants are exactly where they belong. They have not moved and are sitting precisely where they were placed.

What exactly are you unhappy with?

It looks like your implants a bottomed out a bit.
Correcting thank you this can be done but it is not always easier straightforward.
It’s important to find a plastic surgeon. Who has experience doing this repair successfully on a consistent basis.
Ask providers to show examples of previous revision work. Correcting bottomed out implants. Preferably with long-term follow up pictures.
The procedure is typically done either. Using permanent sutures to close the lower part of the implant pocket with or without mesh and or cadaver dermal products.
Surgeons get consistent bottomed out implants are probably not the right providers to be doing the correct correction.
You can ask your provider what their experience has been back in your case you may be better off finding a new provider.
