My original incision is in the fold and I hate it. I do not want to cut there again. I am wishing for a breast implant exchange to go bigger can I exchange my old for new with an incision in my armpit of my areola instead? If not then I will probably never get my implants exchange again. I have no complications. Just want to go bigger without using the fold incision.

Since you needed a lift, keep your implants behind the muscle or you will sag fairly quickly. Also, you will have better upper breast fullness with implants behind the muscle. Bigger will sag sooner.
