Im 3 months post op breast lift and 400cc silicone implant. My left breast pictured is boxy and implant is high. Will implant eventually set in place or will I need revision? My right looks perfect.

Bottoming out is always a risk with implants especially when they are on the larger size. That said, internal support via capsulorrhaphy with the added help of Renuvion may help prevent further migration.
It makes a little sense to add a new incision if you already have a scar from breast augmentation.
Going through the same incision will not make your current score. Look worse.
