It seems like you have a capsule and that it is causing a waterfall deformity and can be fixed.
Although it is necessary to examine you to tell you exactly whats going on, I think that removing the scar tissue and placing a new implant may remedy your problem. In some cases, health insurance can sometime help pay for the capsulectomy.

Thank you for your question. It appears that you do have a left breast implant superior malposition. You definitely need a revision. If you have a good relationship with your current surgeon, I would have he or she performed this. Best wishes to you.

Your implant is sitting too high. go back to your surgeon and try some nonsurgical treatments like chest bands and ultrasound treatments before doing surgery. You are still fairly early in the healing process.
