BA and BL HP silicone 560cc subpectoral 180lb-breastfed two kids Post op breast diameter 17, prior to surgery I believe my surgeon measured 14? Unsure how that could be. A month post op and my cleavage isn't looking close to what my wish photo is, overall. Looking into getting a revision but it's hard conversation to have with one of the best local surgeons. Wondering if I could have gone bigger to fill in more, about 700-750cc's and subglandular? Worried about sagging w/ higher cc's.
Answer: Breasts Since you needed a lift, keep your implants behind the muscle or you will sag fairly quickly. Also, you will have better upper breast fullness with implants behind the muscle. Bigger will sag sooner.

Answer: Breast lift You actually have a very good result from what is a difficult operation. I would not recommend going any larger. Large implant plus a lift will lead to more sagging

Answer: Breast augmentation with lift Dear research, Many thoughts come to mind with your question. The first of those is that your "wish" photos are only partial photos, i.e. we don't know if those breasts are being pushed up or in with either a garment or hands. Secondly, the "wish" patient(s) don't appear to be breast augmentation/mastopexy patients as you are. Therefore, depending on your preoperative appearance, the "wish" photos may be completely unrealistic. You can't turn apples into oranges. Larger implants might give a closer result, but as noted, will age (read sag) more quickly. The conversation with your "one of the best local surgeons" should not be a difficult one. He/she wants happy patients and should welcome it. Good luck!

Answer: 1 month post-op: disappointed with results. Could I go bigger with a revision? Thugh you tred to post good photos still hard to determine if exchange to larger volume is indicated. I think change to "dual plane" position with 700-750 cc HP implants is possible. Exect fee in $10,000 ranges. Best to in person or virtual consult with....

Answer: Breast augmentation outcome There are generally three variables that determine the quality of a breast augmentation outcome. The first instant patient candidacy for the procedure. Not all individuals seeking breast, augmentation our ideal candidates. Breast position on the chest wall and issues like breasts ptosis as well as breast divergence canal, potentially limit the quality of the outcome. The second variable is the choice of implants in regards to size shape and type. The third variable is the surgeon ability to place the implant in the correct anatomic position. Not all individuals have the potential for having the type of outcome they wish they could have. Some individuals candidacy isn’t as great as others. I don’t see anything inherently wrong with your outcome. I suggest you discuss your concerns with your provider. Best, Mats Hagstrom, MD
