How can I get rid of jowls on one side of face? (Photo)

This is my expertise and a huge portion of my practice. Asymmetry is normal and expected. Buccal fat pad gives slimming not symmetry. Masseter botox will make you slimmer and make the jawline more loose. Fillers help give shaping and contouring. If you want perfect or close to perfect symmetry you need maxillofacial surgery or implants customized. I suggest seeing an expert to go through all options. Based on your photos, what seems to be more apparent are your marionette lines (creases that extend from the corners of your mouth downward to the jawline or chin). Dermal fillers can address these lines. When injected directly into the lines or the surrounding areas, they will provide structural integrity and give a natural smoothing and lifting effect.

It appears that you might do very well with thread lifting and proper placement of fillers. If done appropriately, you will not look bulkier from the fillets.. Hi! While most of us do not have perfect symmetry to our face, there are ways to help one side that may need correction. In this case using a PDO thread to lift the jowl May be a great option for you!

Your left marionette and jowl is very easy and inexpensive to treat with a small amount (less than 1 cc) of Kybella injected into this area twice over 6 weeks. Make sure your provider has experience with this technique

Hello, and thanks for your question. There is a medication used through injection that shrinks the fat cells, which is called PCDC or Kybella.
