Scar tissue after rhinoplasty - would filler, steroid shots or a revision surgery be the best option? (Photos)

13 years ago, I had rhinoplasty after years of being teased about my “big nose” & wanting to feel more confident as an actress. At first, I loved the results, but within months a bump formed. Despite taping & steroid shots, it never went away. My surgeon, highly respected and known for reconstructive work, said it was scar tissue. He offered a free revision, said it would be easier than the first one & shorter recovery. But he warned of a small risk to the tip…? I hesitated. I didn’t want to make things worse. Years passed & most people thought I looked good despite this. But I cringed seeing my profile on camera. A top LA doctor recommended Restylane. Interestingly this doctor said the original doctor didn’t “close the bridge”. What?? The results of the filler were lovely (see photos): smooth, soft & natural, lasting almost 2 years. By the time the filler went away there was the pandemic & then I took time off from acting. Now back at it; self-tape auditions have reignited my insecurities. Filler works but it’s temporary & I’ve only just recently read it can be risky after rhinoplasty?? Did I just get lucky? Also have Hashimoto’s and read that filler can affect autoimmune diseases. I’ve heard of ultrasound for scar tissue but don’t know if that would work. A couple surgeons online have said that steroid injections could work even years later. I worry revision surgery would cause other issues & I’d prob want a diff doctor. Please help.
