Scar tissue after rhinoplasty - would filler, steroid shots or a revision surgery be the best option?

I see what you're trying to do with the filler, but when I look at your profile, it just seems to me that the tip is still strong in its forward projection away from the face, and your nose is long, meaning the tip sits low. I'd make you some morphs showing the tip elevated and the entire nose brought back a little bit closer to your face; I think you'd love it. I understand what you were doing with the filler -- putting material adjacent to the bump to hide the bump, but adding stuff, to me, always makes the nose look bigger, and most people are looking to make a nose smaller in some dimension.

Hello and thank you for your question. Based on your photographs, you are a great candidate for rhinoplasty. Maneuvers for your surgery would include dorsal hump reduction, tip refinement, nasal tip deprojection, tip elevation, among other maneuvers. With good surgical technique, you could have an outstanding result. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified rhinoplasty surgeon who can evaluate you in person.

Based on your photos, you appear to have a polybeak. That is when the bridge of your nose protrudes from your face further than your tip. Additionally, your tip is droopy, and points to the floor. If you are looking to get a tip lift, and have the bump removed, that would necessitate revision rhinoplasty surgery, and that may be the most youthful and aesthetically pleasing option, depending upon the skills of your surgeon. If you like the appearance of your nose with temporary gel fillers, like HA, you could consider a series of permanent non-surgical nose job treatments with microdroplet Silikon-1000, to raise the upper portion of your bridge.
