Rounded jaw and chin. What procedure do I need? (photo)

Question

My jawline and chin have always bothered me, both from the side and the front. I’m not sure which procedure I need, but I want a more defined jawline like in the second picture. Currently, my jaw and chin look very rounded (I’m not overweight), which makes my face appear quite round from the side and makes my cheek look long, if that makes sense. From the front, I dislike how the bottom half of my face looks wide, especially when I smile. Help would be appreciated!

Morpheus 8 is a non-invasive skin and soft tissue tightening treatment that is consistently amazing in our patients. We use the Morpheus to exact fractional induced RF into the skin or tissue in order to tighten collagen and stimulate contraction of the tissue. For acne scars, it is quite useful to build collagen in patients who have atrophic scars but is not very productive for ice-pick scars which require TCA Cross. For tissue tightening, Morpheus is ideal for the face and neck and we often combine it with CO2 laser or Ultherapy to further enhance results. Chemical peels and skin resurfacing should be done at least 5 to 7 days after, but can be performed earlier, depending on treatment severity. Avoid exfoliating skin treatments before Morpheus and expect a period of 2-4 weeks for skin contraction to set in.

Chin liposuction helps reduce the bulge under the chin and can be done for the whole neck. Once the fat is removed the skin can become loose and saggy in some cases. It can be avoided by combining it with Thermitight which is a radiofrequency heat delivered under the skin to tighten it. Both chin liposuction and Thermitight can be done at the same time. The recovery is fast and it can be done under local anesthesia.

They’re certain ways of doing liposuction they can give it very chiseled jaw lines, especially in young people who have moderate amounts of subcutaneous fat.
Find someone who is really good at this is another story.
It’s not just about removing all the fat in your neck, but rather to just focus on giving jaw definition. The soft means we leave a lot of the fat behind because removing volume sometimes lead to premature aging.
Consult with plastic surgeons in your community.
Bring a proper set of head pictures from different angles and you sell those reference whenever you review before and after pictures when selecting providers.
 in other words, ask providers to show you as many before and after pictures of people who look just like you do in the pictures you bring. Don’t rely on memory of what you look like and don’t rely on results of patients who don’t look like you in the before pictures. When in doubt, slow down and schedule more consultations until you’re comfortable, you found the right provider.
Lots of providers will claim to be good at this, but that doesn’t really mean anything until you see solid proof. Please be very careful when it comes to permanent irreversible procedures that can leave people disfigured
