My chin is uneven; even more so when I smile. I can tell its not the bone frrm looking at Xrays and CT Scans that I have done it the past. What ca possibly fix this?

Answer: Chin if it's not the bone, then it would be due muscle (esp if you say it's worsen when you smile). you could always try botox first.

Answer: Chin a symmetry During embryological development, each side of the face develops independently from each other. Your situation is pretty complex and I would be reluctant to even attempting to make a good assessment without an in person consultation. I recommend you have several in person consultations with plastic surgeons in your community. if you have access to radiographic studies and you should bring those. Best, Mats Hagstrom MD
