My chin is uneven; even more so when I smile. I can tell its not the bone frrm looking at Xrays and CT Scans that I have done it the past. What ca possibly fix this?

I don't think it's feasible to lift the left portion of your chin that appears to be lower than your right. Depending on your examination, microdroplet Silikon-1000 injections maybe considered to permanently lower the right side for a more symmetrical chin appearance. I hope this helps! The concern you have described is most likely related to the volume of the digastric muscles beneath the chin. These can be reduced, and the procedure that typically addresses this—along with any additional deep fatty tissue in the submental region—is an anterior neck lift.

It is also worth noting that weight training can sometimes contribute to an increase in muscle volume under the chin due to the strain placed on the floor of the mouth and tongue during intense effort. An anterior neck lift is generally effective in addressing these concerns and achieving a more refined contour.

if it's not the bone, then it would be due muscle (esp if you say it's worsen when you smile). you could always try botox first.

During embryological development, each side of the face develops independently from each other.
Your situation is pretty complex and I would be reluctant to even attempting to make a good assessment without an in person consultation.
I recommend you have several in person consultations with plastic surgeons in your community.
 if you have access to radiographic studies and you should bring those.
