Nobody gets liposuction of their chin. Many people can get liposuction of the fat under their chin. This is called submental liposuction. Delivering consistent quality Liposuction results is more difficult than most people realize.

Liposuction will remove the excess fat, but this will not Fix the skin increase that runs across your neck.
