6 years post op - What is this bump and can it be fixed easily? (Photo)

It’s hard to see in photos but there is a bump on the left side of the tip. I had a fantastic rhinoplasty about 6 years ago but always felt a bump. I never saw anything until the past few weeks. What could have changed and is this something that could be fixed easily? I have had no trauma to it.

That is a very delicate area, and it is quite unusual to make an incision there.
