I will offer revision as early as eight months post-op. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified rhinoplasty surgeon who can evaluate you in person.

Do you mind sharing what specifically bothers you about your nose? It is very difficult to make any assessment based on the photos provided. In general, waiting at least one year after surgery is advisable, as full healing—especially of the nasal tip—takes about a year.Unless there are clearly significant issues that your surgeon can confidently determine will not improve with time, it is typically best to wait.

Unfortunately, it is impossible to comment about the feasibility of revision rhinoplasty, or permanent non-surgical nose job treatments, without seeing more photographs of your nose. It is pretty standard to recommend a full year of healing before recommending revision rhinoplasty surgery, however, we have performed revision surgery as early as 6 months post-operative, when there is complete resolution of swelling.
