Post Rhinoplasty- Is nose filler or a revision worth it?

Courageous765230
Around 7 moths ago I had a rhinoplasty done because of my dorsal hump. It’s something I’ve always wanted being middle eastern and I knew I would get it one day or another. Looking back I wish I was more appreciative of how I looked because I knew I loved my front profile originally it was only my side that bothered me. However what’s done is done and I want to move forward. There is some things that I would want to be tweaked to get someone of my ethnic look & strong nose definition back but I’m not sure if it’s possible. My main concerns are between my eyes, I used to have a natural shadow and it was stronger, now it feels flat and way closer to my face losing the overall balance in my opinion. My tip of my nose also is a bother to me because of them lifting it slightly. I feel like it made my nostrils more expose, profile different from a 3/4 angle, and columella shorter which is something I wish I never changed. I want it to be slightly longer. At the bridge of my nose I was wondering if it’s possible to bring back the shadow from the front POV. I don’t know if it would look “fake looking” as well after filler, do people often say that? Also not sure if it will widen the bride or migrate so do u think a revision would be better? Please let me know what you think.
