I am 23, 6’3”, 230lbs and starting to worry about the difference in my chest. The left hand side is bigger than the right I have been to a GP twice and currently waiting on an appointment with the breast clinic but haven’t been told what it could be.

Answer: Gynecomastia Thank you for your question. From the photos you have posted it does look like you may have gynecomastia. Gynecomastia consists of 3 components, skin, breast tissue and fat. I would suggest seeing a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon in person to evaluate you and discuss your options. Best of luck to you.
