Maneuvers for your surgery would include dorsal hump reduction, tip refinement, nasal tip deprojection, tip elevation, among other maneuvers. Generally, raising the tip and shortening the nose is much easier than the opposite, since cartilage strut grafts aren't necessary. Obviously this has to be done carefully to ensure a nice lift without excessive nostril show. Minimal bruising should result since no osteotomies are required.
