Revision rhinoplasty - is it possible to fix the nostril area & make them less noticeable? (Photo)

Hello and thank you for your question. Based on your photograph, alar retraction is causing excessive nostril show. This can be fixed during a revision with placement of extended alar contour grafts and appropriate tensioning of the tip. With good surgical technique, you could have an outstanding result. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified rhinoplasty surgeon who can evaluate you in person.
