Is raising the tip and shortening the nose difficult in revision rhinoplasty? Could this help with the down slanting nostrils? What are the risks of raising tip and shortening nose in revision vs primary rhinoplasty? Would I still get eye bruising if it’s just this I wanted changing? See attached picture

Hi, It is better for you to consult with your facial plastic surgeon who can examine you and give you opinion based on examination. It can be fixed to look rounded a bit either with filler inj. (temporary) or revision surgery.

While you should be examined by your surgeon, the nose is usually pretty resilient after surgery with grafts. It can usually resist mild trauma with no problems. While some swelling may restrict breathing initially it should resolve - but see your surgeon for a check up.
