Is raising the tip and shortening the nose difficult in revision rhinoplasty? (Photo)

Is raising the tip and shortening the nose difficult in revision rhinoplasty? Could this help with the down slanting nostrils? What are the risks of raising tip and shortening nose in revision vs primary rhinoplasty? Would I still get eye bruising if it’s just this I wanted changing? See attached picture
