Often, these aggressive rhinoplasty procedures take place overseas. That's why it's critically important to have a plan that both the patient and surgeon agree on before surgery. You never want to think maybe the surgeon doesn't understand me. It is possible with revision surgery to give some wideness back to the nose, but it will require a full surgery, possibly using cartilage grafts from the ear. Be sure to see a rhinoplasty expert for consultation.

Hi, It is better for you to consult with your facial plastic surgeon who can examine you and give you opinion based on examination. It can be fixed to look rounded a bit either with filler inj. (temporary) or revision surgery.

Hello and thank you for your question. Unfortunately, this is a common result after this type of rhinoplasty and the overdone look tends to get worse with time instead of better. This can ultimately be revised in a revision with release of all scar tissue, placement of extended spreader grafts to derotate the tip, and nasal tip deprojection. With good surgical technique, you could have an outstanding result. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified rhinoplasty surgeon who can evaluate you in person.
