Underwent Fat transfer, October 2022, due to breast asymmetry. Fat taken from flanks and stomach. I'm 5ft 5 inches and 120lbs. Looked great at 6 week review, now I'm back to where I started. Surgeon has suggested another FT. I want implants, he takes a lot out due to Breast implant illness and be warned me about this. He said he would want to do another fat transfer first. I feel like it's a waste of time! Picture attached And advice much appreciated!

It depends on what you think is “good”. Wish pics would be helpful for your surgeon to better understand your goals. High profile implants give more projection, so if that’s what your goal is then it may be suitable for you.
Even though your implant folds, there is a low risk of rupture from just sleeping on your side. With smooth implants, the risk is much lower than with textured implants since the smooth is not attached to your tissue and can move around. Smooth implants fold less noticeably than textured.
